Biography Notes for Living History Archives - Presently we have a large card file index relating to those buried in the Drayton and Toowoomba Cemetery. To date most of this information has been compiled from newspaper articles etc. However, we would like to hear from anyone who may be able to give us information on anyone buried in the cemetery.

World War I records - One of our members is compiling histories of those men from Toowoomba and surrounding areas who fought in World War I. If you have records, histories for any of these men, please email us at tddfhs@yahoo.com.au

Q150 - 2009 marks the 150th anniversary of Queensland as a colony (later state) separate from New South Wales. The vision for the Q150 celebrations is 'reflect on our past, imagine our future'.

TDDFHS will contribute to the celebration of Queensland's anniversary with the publication of a book commemorating the contribution to our state and local area by some of the people who are buried in the Drayton and Toowoomba Cemetery.

Roamin' Round Rockville - The Face of a Changing Suburb.
This book is about the families who settled in Rockville and how the suburb has changed over the years from 1901 when it was first cut up into allotments.
Contributions are welcome.
